Visit our favorite Buddhist sites across seven provinces in central Thailand on this 8 night all-inclusive photo tour. Tara and I have visited over 40 of the 76 provinces in Thailand searching for the most unique and interesting Buddhist sites. We look forward to the opportunity to share our favorite sites with you! We will be joined on this photo excursion by professional photographer Lee Sie! The tour starts and ends in Bangkok.

Day 1: Monday 12/2/2019 Arrive in Bangkok, Thailands capital. We will meet at the hotel in the evening and go out as a group for dinner.
Day 2: Tuesday 12/3/2019 After breakfast, we will begin our odyssey by visiting four spectacular Buddhist temples across the bustling city of Bangkok. During the afternoon we embark to the provence of Phetchaburi a 2 hour journey to the west.
Day 3: Wednesday 12/4/2019Phetchaburi is located on the border of Myanmar to the west, and the gulf of Thailand to the east. Mostly covered by dense rainforest, this unique province has many diverse Buddhist sites. From ancient Khmer ruins to naturally lit caves and we will explore it all! After visiting our favorite sites we will head north to Kanchaburi (3 hour ride).
Day 4: Thursday 12/5/2019 We will visit three of our favorite Buddhist sites including a couple special caves around Kanchaburi then take a 3 hour bus ride north to Utai Thani.
Day 5: Friday 12/6/2019Uthai Thani is located in the lower northern region of Thailand and has a real sense of serenity. Here we will visit 3 very special Buddhist sites before heading north to Kamphaeng Phet (2 hour ride)
Day 6: Saturday 12/7/2019Kamphaeng Phet is located in the upper center of the Thailand and has some extremely unique sites. In the morning we will wander through a forest garden and capture the ruins in a historical site. We then head to our most northern location Sukhothai (1 hour ride)
Day 7: Sunday 12/8/2019Sukhothai located in the north of central Thailand, this district dates back to the 12th century and has twenty six temples and 193 ruins across a 70 km of land. This is a must see on the Buddha tour for its history and beauty. after touring the city all morning we will start heading south on a 4 1/2 hour bus ride to Ayutthaya.
Day 8: Monday 12/9/2019 Our last city on the list before heading back to Bangkok is Ayuttaya. This historical city is located 80 km north of Bangkok and makes for a great ending to our tour. Here we will explore and capture scenes of the ancient palaces and ruins of the once Capital of Siam. in the late afternoon we head back to Bangkok for our nights stay.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS Our tours are designed for people in relatively good health. Tour participants will carry camera equipment while walking and doing light hiking. If you have concerns about your capabilities or fitness as it relates to this trip, please contact us before reserving a space.
